We ship from Germany to all EU countries. Deliveries outside the EU can also be arranged.

We work with the shipping providers DHL, UPS, and freight forwarders.

Please note that we cannot deliver to packing stations. Therefore, please provide your full address when placing your order.

Shipping costs:

Order value €0-249.99 = €10.00

Order value €250-499.99 = €5.00

Order value >€500 = €0.00

Delivery times:

Within Germany: 2-3 business days

Within the EU: 3-5 business days

Outside the EU: 5-10 business days

Please note that delays may occur in exceptional cases.

Complaints

Have you received defective or faulty goods? Although our products are subject to high standards, damage may occur during transport. We will help you to replace the item.

In such cases, please contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving the goods using the contact form. We will examine your case individually and then send you all further information regarding the complaint.

Note: The goods are shipped from Germany, North Rhine-Westphalia. We therefore ask you to note the following country-specific holidays on which no goods will be shipped.

Holidays in 2025/2026

No deliveries on German public holidays (NRW) or during inventory periods (expected to be December 18, 2025 - January 9, 2026).
